1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AfroBookings Partner Programme portal available at partner.afrobookings.com, operated by AfroBookings Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ghana ("AfroBookings", "we", "us", "our").

By registering on the partner portal, submitting an application, or accessing any part of the portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the portal or participate in the programme.

2. Eligibility

The AfroBookings Partner Programme is open to individuals and registered businesses who meet the following criteria:

Registration on the portal does not constitute acceptance into the programme. All applicants are subject to a screening interview, and AfroBookings reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.

To access the partner portal, you must register an account using accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

AfroBookings reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided at registration.

4. Pending Status & Portal Access

Upon registration, you will receive access to the partner portal in a pending status. This access is provided for preview and onboarding purposes only and does not constitute full programme membership. Full partner access, territory activation, and commission eligibility are only unlocked following successful interview and approval, and receipt of the applicable setup fee.

5. Programme Tiers & Fees

The AfroBookings Partner Programme operates across three tiers: Associate, Regional, and National. Each tier carries a different setup fee, commission rate, minimum listing threshold, and territory exclusivity level. Details of applicable fees, rates, and thresholds are published in the AfroBookings Partner Programme Fee Schedule, which forms part of the programme documentation and may be updated from time to time.

Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding materials have been delivered and portal access activated.

6. Commission & Earnings

Partners earn commission on Qualified Bookings and passive income through StayDine property connections, as defined in the Partner Agreement. Commission payments are subject to the conditions, thresholds, and payment cycles set out in the Partner Agreement. AfroBookings does not guarantee any minimum level of earnings.

Earnings projections or estimates provided by AfroBookings at any time are illustrative only and are not a representation of expected or guaranteed income.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the partner portal and AfroBookings.com are the intellectual property of AfroBookings Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use co-branded partner materials solely for programme purposes. This licence terminates immediately upon exit from the programme.

10. Suspension & Termination

AfroBookings reserves the right to suspend or terminate your portal access and programme participation at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, the Partner Agreement, or conduct deemed harmful to AfroBookings. Upon termination, all licences granted to you cease immediately. Earned commissions up to the termination date will be processed in the normal payment cycle, subject to the applicable withdrawal threshold.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfroBookings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your participation in the partner programme, your use of the portal, hotel cancellations, no-shows, payment delays, or events outside AfroBookings' reasonable control.

12. Amendments

AfroBookings reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the partner portal and registered email address with a minimum of 30 days notice. Continued use of the portal following the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ghana.
